Family Fun at Kings Dominion Amusement Park

Kings Dominion Amusement Park
Kings Dominion is a themed amusement park located in Doswell Virginia, about 20 miles north of Richmond. We visit Virginia Beach every 2 years to visit my brother-in-law and always drive up to Doswell one day to have some fun at the park before we return home.

The park sits on 400 acres and offers over 60 amusement park rides, including 13 thrilling roller coaster rides. If amusement park rides aren't your thing, they also offer a 20 acre water park on-site. The park has been in operation since 1975 and offers something for everyone to enjoy!
