Club 18 Miniature Golf
9505 3rd Avenue
Stone Harbor, N. J. 08247
On the day that we visited, we played late in the afternoon. They weren't too busy, since most of the tourists were still over on the beach. I enjoy playing during off-peak hours, since I typically have my grandchildren along with me. This way, we don't hold up any of the adults who may be playing behind us.
The course has 18 holes with no water features. As you go along the course (easily numbered and easy to follow) you'll notice that their "theme" is mostly animal related. You'll see dinosaurs, polar bears, rhino's, etc. It's kid-friendly, nothing scary about it.
If I had to recommend any improvements, I would recommend making two or three of the holes a tad bit more challenging. Again, that's just my 2 cents on that. Plus, it would be nice if they could add just a little bit more seating or benches throughout the course for people to sit down. They had a few, but not enough in my honest opinion.
We review a lot of mini golf courses here on our blog since we love the game and travel often. We're always looking for new places to play. On our rating scale, we would give Club 18 Miniature Golf in Stone Harbor a rating of 7 out of 10 on our entertainment rating scale.
