Myers Farms Farmer's Market in Goshen New Jersey

Myers Farms Farmer's Market in Goshen New Jersey
Heading to the south New Jersey Shore? If so, you'll want to check out some of the local Farmer's Markets on your way there! You'll find many of them if you're taking route 9, route 55 or route 47 to the south Jersey Shore points like Avalon, Stone Harbor, Wildwood and Cape May.

We go down to Wildwood several times a year and find it a LOT better to buy our fresh produce from one of the local farm stands on our way down. Trust me, the fresh produce that you find at these farm stands is a lot fresher and better then the stuff that you find at the local grocery stores down there. Plus, a lot of the times it's even cheaper!

One of our favorite places to stop at is called Myers Farms which is located at 425 Route 47 North in Goshen, New Jersey. If your heading down route 47, you'll find them located on the right side of the road. They have signage out and a large parking lot for you to pull into.

When shopping there you'll find a lot of your current in-season fruits and vegetables there. We always find their prices to be great. We like to buy our lettuce, tomatoes, potatoes, peaches, grapes, plums, bananas, watermelons, etc. there. Of course, it will depend on the season on what they have to offer, but everything we have ever purchased was great!

The pictures that I'm featuring in my blog post today were taken by us when we were down to the Jersey Shore in October 2017. Hence, why you'll see all of the pumpkins, cornstalks and other fall items in the photos. On the day that we were there...my grandchildren ran through their corn maze for free and they gave each child their own little pumpkin when they were finished.

There are a few of these fruit & vegetable stands along route 47 as you head south down to the Jersey Shore, but Myers Farms is one of our favorites. They offer a great variety of fresh produce items and their prices are really reasonable for what you're getting. If this is one of the routes that you take, we highly recommend that you stop in to pick up some fresh goodies while traveling through.
