One of the things that makes this motel so special is that it's family owned and operated. Upon arrival they make you feel welcomed, important and by the time you check-out you'll feel like part of the family. The staff is well-trained. helpful and friendly. Guests come back to the Aloha year after year, decade after decade.
Upon arrival you'll head into the office for the check-in process. It's quick and easy. Within a few minutes you'll be on your way. The office is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. After hours you can reach the office staff via phone. Someone is always available to help you.
At the Aloha you'll find comfortable and modern, oceanfront and ocean view, 1 and 2 bedroom suites. All of their suites are spacious, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Rooms include a full-size refrigerator, 2 burner cook-top, microwave, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. You're responsible for washing & drying your own dishes! All of the kitchenettes have been recently updated with beautiful new kitchen cabinets and counter-tops.
The sitting area includes a pull-out sofa and with the 2-bedroom suite you'll have a pull-out sofa and a loveseat. One of the things we love about the sitting area is that its all open...you don't feel closed-in. There's plenty of room for everyone in the family to stretch out and relax.
When we stay at the Aloha we always book the Deluxe Oceanfront Suite with an all glass front which gives you a front-row seat to the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. You can sit at the table and enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner while enjoying beautiful views of the water. Pop open a window or two and you can hear the waves crashing onto the sand.
In the bedroom you'll find two double beds, a large dresser and a TV with remote control. The mattresses are really comfortable and you get plenty of pillows on the bed. Like all of the other rooms, the bedrooms are beautifully decorated with plenty of room for you and your luggage. Each bedroom has a modern charging port so that you can charge up your electronic devices when needed. I can honestly tell you...the Aloha is the only motel in North Wildwood that I'm personally aware of that has these charging ports!
Let's talk about the bathroom. The bathroom in your suite is larger than most that I've seen on the island. You get plenty of bath towels, wash cloths, a bath mat, make-up remover cloth, toiletries, extra toilet paper, box of facial tissues, a hair dryer, etc. all in your bathroom. The vanity is modern and if you're a female...you'll find plenty of light when applying your make-up. All of the bath linens are plush, soft and beautifully folded. I love the little touches like the rosette placed on top of the toilet paper and the personalized Aloha Oceanfront Motel shower curtain.
On the second floor you'll find the large oceanfront sundeck with lounging chairs, sitting chairs and umbrella tables. You can sit on the sundeck and soak up the rays, enjoy a meal or just socialize with your friends and family.
When it comes to on-site entertainment you'll find a game room on the bottom floor that is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You can enjoy a friendly game of air hockey, play a few video games or try your skill with the crane machine. We love having an on-site game room to help entertain the kids when they're traveling with us.
The
Oceanfront Coffee Shop is open for breakfast and lunch 7-days a week during the in-season and during weekend in the off-season. When we stay at the Aloha we like to start off our day by having breakfast at the coffee shop before we head out.
