Blooming Dogwood Trees in Pennsylvania

My photo of the week today is one that I took a few days ago of one of my blooming dogwood trees here in my backyard! My trees usually do not bloom until late March (at the earliest) or until early April.

For the past 2 weeks our temperatues here in South Central Pennsylvania have been incredibly mild (70's and on 2 days in the 80's) so all of our flowers and trees are blooming early this year! I hope we are finally done with winter as I am absolutely loving this gorgeous mild weather in March!

During this time of the year hubby and I like to get outside and take long walks, go hiking and work on our landscaping for the upcoming late Spring and Summer seasons. Pennsylvania is absolutely gorgeous during this time of the year and we are all enjoying an early Spring this year!
