A few weeks before your planned road trip is is important to assemble some of the essentials that you may need while on the road or if you encounter an emergency.

If you make a list of all of the essential items that you will need for your road trip ahead of time and assemble them all together, you will be much more prepared and won't encounter any last minute trip preparation or stress. I can't think of anything you missed. I need to get a small fire extinguisher for the car. I always bring extra napkins, but I might have forgotten the roll of toilet paper. Thanks for this comprehensive list.
