Sea Life Wall Mural Street Art at Spadafora's in Ocean City

We enjoy traveling and when we arrive at a new destination, we actively search-out local street art and wall murals to see. It's a great way to learn more about the area's local culture and art scene, and explore areas off the traditional tourist's beaten path.

Over the years we've shared many sea life wall murals that we've discovered on our travels right here on our blog. You can find them in our Street Art and Wall Murals section. Some of our favorite mural artists include: David Dunleavy, Wyland, Bielings and MGSigns. With that said, we enjoy discovering new artists too!

On a recent trip down to Ocean City in New Jersey, we stumbled upon this Sea Life wall mural on the side of a building. It's located on Spadafora's Restaurant and Clam Bar located at 843 Atlantic Avenue in Ocean City. You'll find it on the side of their building.

The wall mural is painted onto cement and is very colorful. It features a variety of saltwater fish. Sorry guys, I'm not well-versed on fish and aquatic species! The design takes up the entire wall and faces a small parking lot. I had a hard time photographing it due to cars being in the lot, hence the reason I have several photos of it.

According to the artist's signature it was painted in 2016 by BOGY. I tried to find some information online about the wall mural and the artist, but came up empty-handed. If I do locate some information on it, I'll update this feature with it.

If you're unfamiliar with the Ocean City area, we located it at Spadafora's which sits about 1 to 1/2 blocks back from the famous O.C. Boardwalk. It's an easy walk back to the restaurant and I recommend that you go early in the morning to photograph it, before the parking lot gets parked up with too many cars.
