The Surfing Pig is one of the best restaurants on the Wildwoods island. They're known for the wide variety of seafood menu items and their delicious barbecue items. In 2017 they won the award for Best BBQ in Wildwood. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner.
You'll find the restaurant located on the waterfront at 231 West 10th Avenue in
North Wildwood,
New Jersey. They're open seasonally and their hours depends on the season. You'll want to check out their website for their current operating schedule. Familiar with the area? You'll find them located at South Dock.
One of the reasons we enjoy dining at The Surfing Pig is for the amazing sunset views that you can get when dining there. You can enjoy your meal inside or outside on the dock. The restaurant offers a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Let's talk about their food! Oh my gosh...so much to choose from and everything that we've tried over the past 2 1/2 years has been delicious!!! They offer a Raw Bar with oysters, shrimp, Ahi Tuna, clams and more. For appetizer choices we recommend trying their Coconut Shrimp or Key West Chicken Skewers. Trust me, they have a lot of appetizers to choose from. They offer a wide variety of seafood entrees, barbecue pork, gourmet burgers, sandwiches, salads, platters, side dishes and more. Truly a full-service restaurant.
Every time we visit we like to try out something new and have never been disappointed. If you're traveling with children...they're kid-friendly and offer a really nice kid's menu too. Our grandchildren enjoy going with us when we visit
The Surfing Pig. You can view a partial menu on their website. When visiting the Wildwoods...you definitely want to visit this highly-rated and award-winning restaurant located in North Wildwood.
